Waterloo Private Capital (WPC) is a new student-run organization at the University of Waterloo. The team supports clients in the private capital industry through pro bono initiatives that encompass transactional analysis and industry research. WPC has successfully worked with multiple clients in the past and is now looking to grow.

The event is open to anyone at the university interested in finance and the private capital industry, such as private equity, search funds, and venture capital. Given the nature of WPC's work, it provides an opportunity to learn through hands-on work from real firms across Canada. Furthermore, WPC provides training from industry mentors, experienced associates, and training modules.

We are proud to host our first event this Thursday, May 20th, at 6:00 PM. The event will introduce the organization's purpose, our previous work, and insights into the upcoming application process for Spring 2021.
